Crusty days

The days go fast full of sun, thunderstorms and white flour. Flo is the bread maker. Her boulangerie is called Pain et Merveilles with dragon spitting out the flames. She makes her bread with natural levain, tenders it with hands and bakes it in the wood heated oven. Sorry, Dragon flame heated oven. Merveilleux.
We started before the sunrise and continued until late afternoon with the sun rays breaking in through the window shades. With little tea and reading pauses, all white, with sticky fingers we made 150kg of 7 different types of bread.
That smell and sound of cracking hot bread. I felt like being in the different world covered in white magic dust.
